Concept: Industrial + Korean Cafe

 Its all about polished concrete, tempered glass, wood, mid century furniture, suspended bulbs, greens/ potted plants, and asian knick knacks :)

Kitchen:

if permitted, i would really really love to get rid of our current kitchen tiles and do a brick wall + open shelving + wood panels, like this one here:

so dreamy...

i wonder... when will i decorate my own industrial + loft space? :)

The Contemporary

so from this... 

finally managed to do the first draft of the Masters Bedroom (for this condo me and my sister are doing :) we're starting off with this room since the owner will be back in Manila in less than one month, and they need somewhere to stay while the construction is on going.

 its going to be a bit major renovation since we'll be changing the floors, walls, ceilings, tiles, and etc. and for now, here's the Proposed Plan:

it looks bare, but this pretty much sums the furniture layout, lighting, and flooring :)

Saki and my tory canvass pillow

i like furry animals and find them really "cute", but never was a pet lover - i can't take care of anything! (ie. small plants i killed, cos i never watered them. my lovebirds survived being alone. my guinea pig died from heat wave, etc.) anyway, whatever. now my adopted (from little brother) pet is keeping me sane and i just love how he starts barking from my room, every time he hears me honking my car from the driveway :)

Wouldn't your heart skip a beat if you came across great hallways, high ceilings, western contemporary houses donned in colors, patterns, and textures? Well mine did after seeing these! :)

Not mellow in butter yellow. Loving the brightness and patterns from floorto chandelier.

Sophisticated Chic

Concept: light walls, unconventional mix of furniture pieces, tufting, chandeliers, beveled mirrors, silver/metal, textures, patterns, monochromatic colors.

The space is pretty tight so i'm trying to minimize dark/heavy furniture pieces, and making the walls and soft finishes as light as possible :)

First Layout: Accent chairs and console table separating Living and Dining Area.  The spaces are suppose to be opposite of each other, but i can't show it in the mood board.
 

Second Layout: A unified and open space, with minimal furniture. The Living and Dining area are both over the same (back) wall.
